It is the outer skin of ramie. Leaves fibers inside.
Normally, we don't use the outer skin and throw it away, but I think this dark brown color is interesting.
It can be used for basketball, and you can also enjoy it by putting it in the weft points.
When using it, soak it in water a little to soften it.
Since it is made from natural materials and hand-bundled, the color and weight may vary.
